Pocketfilms
The invention of the stop motion video and social network app Vine is changing the world of art and opening new channels for public outreach.

Pocketfilms are an ongoing series of experimental film projects made using Vine's tech advance.

The Pocketfilms series Artquake uses Vine to animate a single static painting into a pulsating, reverberating, kinetic image using jump cuts, extreme angles of view, and Vine's proprietary looping feature.

Feature films that will amount to collaborative works of video art, none longer in duration than Vine's maximum of six seconds, are under development.
